Fluence analyzes behavioral patterns, not content. This page describes exactly how data is handled, what Fluence doesn't need, and how isolation, encryption, and deletion work.

Fluence processes digital interaction signals: clicks, response timing, hesitation, navigation patterns, and interaction sequences. Fluence does not require the content of what someone types, views, or says.

Data is stored on AWS with encryption and access controls. Portal access is managed via AWS Cognito; API access is controlled by a per-account API key. Each customer account accesses only its own data.

Data is retained while an account is active and deleted upon termination, except where required by law. Fluence does not currently hold formal certifications such as SOC 2 or ISO 27001.
